• Wi-Fi network design, cabling (Cat6/Cat6A), and infrastructure.
• Whole-home audio system installation.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to place orders and track your purchase history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Orders and Payments

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Installation Services

Installation services are provided by our licensed and insured technicians in the Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT service areas.

• Scheduling: appointments are scheduled based on availability and are subject to confirmation.
• Site access: you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation location.
• Property modifications: installation may require drilling, wiring, or mounting. We will discuss all modifications with you before proceeding.
• Warranties: installation workmanship is warranted for 1 year from the date of installation. Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer.
• Cancellations: you may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.

7. Returns and Refunds

Products purchased through our online store may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Installed products and custom orders are non-refundable.
